Having become very unfit due to long term illness, I started taking HIIT classes 3 to 5 days per week. I had some physical issues relating to a neck condition that affected my balance. I wanted to regain my pre-illness fitness levels but had lost confidence. Stuart researched my condition - to the point that he understood it better than me - and from February 2018 I started hour long personal training sessions 2-3 times per week, in order to rebuild strength and balance.

 

Most importantly, Stuart’s patience, understanding and encouragement brought back my confidence, to the extent I felt capable of training for the intensive 4-day pilgrim trail to Machu Pichu in Peru. Having already managed to deadlift more than my bodyweight, Stuart redesigned my program accordingly and advised me on diet and nutrition. The fact that I managed the trail is a testament to Stuart’s abilities as a trainer.

Stu was my long-term personal trainer and we have become very close friends over the 9 years or so that I have known him. Stu is an absolute top-notch trainer and business owner. He literally inspired the whole village here in Pissouri, Cyprus with his fitness initiatives and created life-long friendships and bonds.  Stu is strong, dependable, loyal and has a great sense of fun, a fabulous guy!

I started exercising with Stu 10 months after my twins were born.  My goal initially was to lose weight .I was 69kg. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive and thought I would need a miracle. And it happened! 3 months later I was 53kg, thanks to Stu and his vast knowledge of fitness and dietary needs! He is professional yet kind, patient, motivating and inspiring and created interesting workouts that allowed me to improve my body strength, flexibility and balance.  I am so pleased with my personal training with Stu and with the results, that I am achieving! Looking forward to continuing to work with him in the future.

Stuart was my fitness instructor while he was based in Cyprus, at the time I was overweight and very unfit. He completely changed my life, after a truly short period I lost weight and became very fit to the extent that after one year I was competing in a Cross Fit competition. He is genuinely interested in improving the fitness of his clients and works closely with each one, his knowledge in every aspect of getting fit is second to none. I cannot rate him highly enough.

I started training with Stu in a bid to get fit & healthy and lose some weight that I had gained. What I achieved with Stu's help was far more than this. My overall strength, fitness & self-esteem improved so much! I lost inches all over & finally felt fit & happy. Our sessions were always challenging and varied, from Circuit Training, H.I.I.T, Interval training, strength training to cheeky little sets that he put together! Stu was always full of encouragement. 

His nutritional advice & expertise gave me the knowledge to finally get the results I wanted. I cannot thank Stu enough and I wholeheartedly recommend Stu as a trainer. I am just gutted he is no longer in Cyprus!

I trained with Stu for several years and I can only say what a knowledgeable, expert fitness trainer he is. Lots of varied workouts to keep you keen including g-sets, circuits, cardio, resistance and weights. A lovely guy who pushes you hard to achieve your goals and potential. He comes highly recommended for that all round work out with a skilled, passionate trainer.

I first met Stu in Cyprus in a village called Pissouri.  I attended several his fitness classes, circuits etc.  What I loved about Stu was that how he believed in your ability to train harder and get stronger. He advised me on my diet to ensure I was getting the correct nutrition for my training. 

 

After a while I registered with Stu for personal training with an emphasis on weightlifting. I had done this before many years ago, but it was not long with Stu’s help that I became stronger and fitter with both lifting stronger weights but also with my diet which with his experience and knowledge I was able to achieve amazing results.

I met Stu and started working out with him while I was working in Cyprus. Stu is, if not the best one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. His knowledge of fitness, human mechanics and nutrition is second to none. He is constantly learning and sharing that knowledge. He would say at a session that he read this book or saw this video on certain aspects of fitness or nutrition. Not to mention his numerous health and fitness certifications.

 

Stu genuinely cares about the person or people he is training. Whether they want to lose weight, gain muscle or just be fit. If they are young footballers, athletes or people and pensioners who just want to be fit and healthy he can cover all basis. When I first started training with Stu I could do maybe two or three pullups. By the time I left Cyprus I was able to do 12 strict unbroken pullups all thanks to Stu’s training methods. I felt confident that every session with Stu would be beneficial to my health and fitness goals.

I’ve been working with Stu for a couple of months now and really starting to see results.
I’m currently having the Personal Training sessions.
Initially we sat down to set some goals and Stu made me aware of what I needed to do from a diet and nutritional point of view as well as the physical activity side.
Stu makes it all really easy to understand and is very knowledgeable.
The training area is well stocked with everything you need for all levels of workout and I’ve been able to train at times that suit me.
The value for money is great, if you have ever looked at the cost of a personal trainer you will quickly realise that what Stu offers is astonishing value.
Very highly recommended for anyone as Stu has experience working with all ages and abilities and will tailor a plan just for you.

Stu has been amazing!

 

He provided a great programme for my 20 year old son, Ben, to follow, during lockdown. We are luckily enough to have a basic home gym in our garage but with Stu’s great mentoring & nutrition advice over the last few months,

 

Ben has achieved some awesome results! Not only is he looking great, he is also benefiting mentally as well - a really big deal in these current times! Ben’s quads are enormous and is now playing first team rugby for his university at York - and feared!

Stu has been working with me for nearly 6 months and I have really thrived from his training style.

His knowledge is immense, but he takes the time before training to find out your goals so he tailors the training to you. He’s developed my strength in a way that I’ve never been able to on my own, and has given me the tools to be able to progress forward in a way that is sustainable for me.

 

His style is never forceful but he does push you to maximise your potential. I can’t thank him and recommend him highly enough!
