WHY SHOULD I START?
It's no secret or myth that exercise contributes to a longer and healthier life, providing both the body and brain with numerous benefits that help prevent chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. Adults should be aiming for a minimum of 75 minutes of vigorous intensity activity or 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week, but the more you do the better.
